Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and Important Notice

This policy applies to online Vedic astrology, Vastu and related consultations provided by Shri Shyam Jyotish Darbar to clients worldwide. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

Before publishing: complete the highlighted cancellation windows, refund rules and processing times so they accurately reflect your business. Any term that conflicts with a non-excludable consumer right will not apply to the extent of that conflict.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed when we send confirmation through the agreed communication channel and any required advance payment has been received. Check the service, date, time zone, contact details and fee in your confirmation and contact us promptly if something is incorrect.

3. Customer Cancellations

To cancel, contact us through the booking channel or the contact details below. Include your name, booking reference and appointment date.

Do not email full card details, passwords or other payment credentials. We may request reasonable information to verify your booking. We aim to acknowledge requests within [insert response timeframe] business days.

9. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact your payment provider. This does not prevent you from exercising any legal rights or using an available dispute-resolution process.

10. Consumer Law
